To provide for a new Estates office, the Royal Berkshire Hospital recommissioned two existing static cabins within their grounds. These had been unused for several years and were in a very poor condition, both internally and externally.
Once external structural repairs were completed, 360 were appointed to carry out a full internal fit out.
Work included;
- Metal stud partitioning with glazed panels next to the new oak veneer doors
- Reinstatement of M&E services including electrical 3 compartment trunking, air conditioning, fire alarm alterations and decoration
- Externally we created a DDA compliant access ramp with protective canopy, footpath works and security lighting.
- 360 also installed an external internally opening window with external canopy to allow contractors to sign in without entering the building.
Work was completed in 6 weeks to a budget of £65,000.
