During the summer 360CE were on site at the leading independent prep school St Andrew’s Prep School, Berkshire.
Three projects were completed. First was the refurbishment of the boy’s toilet and shower area. This included the creation of new internal and external access doorways, new waste pipework configuration, new toilet and shower cubicles and complete redecoration.
In addition, 360 carried out reconfiguration to an area previously used as an IT suite to create a separate changing area and boot room. This required a new roof superstructure and removal of internals walls before installing new flooring, LED energy efficient lighting and decoration.
The third project was to create a senior girl’s washroom by converting an existing changing area. We stripped out all existing services, installed new entrance ways and replaced all M&E services.
All services were carried out during the summer holidays allowing free access to otherwise very busy locations.
