Located in the prestigious Suttons Business Park near Reading, Berkshire, 360CE was appointed by Workbooks.com for full office refurbishment and Cat A fit out.
Workbooks.com is an innovative software platform that enables businesses to easily manage their sales, marketing, finance and customer service.
Due to business growth, rather than relocate they decided to expand into the unit next door.
The new unit was 3,500sq ft of open plan space. 360CE created new office layouts, with cubicles and break-out rooms. This included:
- Strip out of existing facilities & M&E
- Installation of new electrics, air con, lighting
- Glazed partition walls and cubicles
- Meetings rooms with full A/V & blackout blinds
- Flooring & redecoration throughout
- Office furniture
- Staff breakout area and kitchen
The project was completed in 12 weeks with a budget in excess of £100,000. 360CE have also been retained to provide on-going maintenance support.
